They made a difficult time very comforting and easy. Everything went as planned. Said what they would do, and it was done. Wonderful people to work with.

After 2 years of waiting for them to fix my cousins headstone, going back and fourth with sherry to fix the picture that was cracked from using the wrong stuff to stick the picture on, she told me it would be a $100 fee for them to replace it, I said what’s if I have the cemetery do it, she said no charge, every time I called, she said I can take your name and number and call you back, after 2 years going back and fourth mind you she was supposed to call this morning, never called, well I decided to call her and she informed me that they would need the old picture to replace the new one, I have over 10k followers and over 3k family members in the toledo area and my grandmothers house in front of the business, we supported them throughout the years? I would never recommend this place to anyone, such horrible service, go to the funeral home and have them recommend someone for you, the funeral home that did my mothers in 94 replaced her picture and took it off, for free! This place was not sim pathetic at all nor offered it to been down for free of charge to replace it, not to mention she stated you don’t want to pay the $100 so we need the old picture! I’m in poor health conditions and on 40 medication on Ssi! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE especially regarding loved ones
