Very kind staff, helpful and informative in a difficult time. There were so many options and they were great to point out some different things we could do and engrave.

Not happy with service…my 3 siblings and I (ages 27-38) lost both of our parents. The stone came out great however we were not notified it had been set after completion. We found out when we went to visit the site and boom there’s a stone…. Received an email with an invoice. Not even a phone call to say ‘hey we’re setting the stone on such and such date’. Been trying to pay the remainder of the balance for over a month now and it’s always an excuse.. “bookkeeper isn’t in”, “I’m not in the office so can I take your card info”, “no one is here to help, call back tomorrow around 8:30”…. Call back and of course “bookkeeper isn’t in”…. They don’t offer online payment & I refuse to send a check because who knows how long they’ll take to deposit it or lose it. Terrible customer service after wards. Not happy. However, the man who helped us pick the stone and design it was great.

It’s hard enough to go through the process of choosing a stone when a loved one dies - but to be ignored after you choose the stone and engraving is down right cruel. I went here on a Friday and chose the stone and the.engraving and was promised an email on Monday confirming the color (I wanted to double check the cemetery to ensure a match). I never received an email - I have called and left messages twice - nothing. That was over 3 weeks ago. If that’s how they treat a new client - how do they deliver? No thanks - hard enough to do this once, without begging for help.

The stone for my mother's gravesite is beautiful and exactly what I ordered. Perry Bros installed it in time for the graveside service despite their staff shortages and the delays we have all had to deal with these last couple of years. Very happy with their service and courtesy. Thank you!

Purchased a headstone and it came out looking really good. I am very pleased with my experience at Perry Brothers Monument Co. everyone there were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Jim
