I recently had an appointment with Eric to preplan future burial arrangements. One of those things I needed to do but kept putting off. Eric and staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable, and answered all my questions and concerns. I'm very satisfied with my plan and the service I received through this process as well as additional followup questions I had afterwards. Thank you for making an unpleasant task so easy to take care of.

Nobody likes to be in a position where you lose a family member, but Killeen cemetery personnel has been a lot of help specially Robby R and Eric M. They had helped us on every step of the way..

The staff was so empathetic and truly supportive after our loved ones passing. Even extra staff was there to show their respects when they were not even assigned to be present at the burial. We are truly grateful for the after care of the flowers that were part of our service. Thank you so much to the staff in helping us choose the perfect items and setting to give our family and loved ones the perfect resting place for our beloved.

When my father passed in 2009, our family received excellent care from Heritage Funeral Home and Killeen Memorial Park Cemetery. Their compassion and professionalism during that difficult time left a lasting impression on us. Sadly, in August 2025, we had to say goodbye to my sister. Once again, Killeen Memorial Park provided exceptional support — and Mr. James Washington was truly outstanding. Mr. Washington was extremely patient as our family navigated grief, decisions, and many changes along the way. He carefully listened to our needs, accommodated our requests, and guided us through each step with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. His calm presence made a very painful process more manageable for our family. I am deeply grateful for the dignity and respect shown to our loved ones and to our family.
