"Amazing food that leaves you feeling great after eating it—not sluggish like many chain restaurants. Fresh, flavorful, and always a great experience."

Fabulous lunch! I don't remember the name of the plate that contained various cheeses, crackers and sausage. Wonderful. Can't wait to go back for the quinoa. Great place.

Leah has catered our annual conference for the Wyoming Food Coalition for the past couple of years. I don't know what we would do without her! Her ability to roll with the challenges that pop up with a big event are phenomenal and the food she creates is nothing short of mastery. The way that she incorporates locally-grown foods into her dishes is mind-blowingly delicious, yet still affordable. And her menus and signage help promote the farms and ranches in such a beautiful and thoughtful way. We are so grateful for the amazing contributions Leah made to our event and her extreme dedication and follow through despite the challenges. We are so proud to call you part of our local food community Leah. Thank you! From the Wyoming Food Coalition Board, Staff, and Membership.

Traveling across country Amy and I happened to find Heirloom & NATIVE as we drove through Casper. What lucky folks were were. The food, enchiladas, were excellent. The only thing better was the warm hospitality of Lea at the counter. I heartily recommend you stop and feed you belly and heart at Heirloom & NATIVE. Excellent for locals and travelers alike.

Chef Leah makes some amazing food with all Wyoming based meats, veggies, you name it, she gets it homegrown. She has helped Five Trails Rotary out the last two fundraisers with Mardi Gras/Cajun themed food and Luau themed this past year. She always has great flavor and wonderful people who help her cater at the events. Keep rocking it!
