Lexington Country Place

I have been blessed to spend these weeks of rehabilitation in the most caring community of Lexington Country Place. The professional and extended nursing and therapy staff have been agents of physical and emotional healing with skills in an environment permeated with caring. I am deeply grateful.

Great staff and environment for the residents! Activities is always fun for the residents, nursing goes above and beyond, and retention has increased for the employees. Come check them out!

Lexington Country Place is a wonderful nursing home. It is very clean and everyone is very friendly. All of the nurses, nurse aids, and support staff took wonderful care of my father. They really care about the patients, which gave me comfort knowing that he was being taken well care of. I would totally recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a place for their loved one to stay.

My mother was discharged today after over a 2 month stay. I highly recommend this facility and their amazing staff!! Very caring group of people who treated my 95 year old mother like family. I will hold them dearly in my heart and am more than happy to relate our experience there. Top notch!!❤️❤️. Mom loved them as well.

The staff are courteous and kind, and the LPN's and aides in the Rehab unit were wonderful. Mom transitioned to hospice care and passed away two days later...I'm glad we had only paid for a week instead of a month, as the unused days are not refunded.
