A Fresh Connection Catering, Cafe and Bakery

I would not recommend this catering company for a wedding or any event. Communication was extremely poor from the start. I reached out in February with questions and never received a response despite multiple follow-ups. When I contacted the owner, she assured me I would hear back weeks before the wedding, but I did not get a response until just one week prior. On the day of the event, the staff was unprepared. The bartenders were not informed of the correct start time, causing delays in service. One bartender had to leave to get basic supplies, while the other worked very slowly, resulting in long lines and frustrated guests. Dinner service was also disorganized, there was no salad dressing ready, and when soup was served, there were no bowls or spoons. The food itself was bland and lacked flavor. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. To top it off, the staff left the venue messy and did not properly clean up. Overall, this company lacked professionalism, organization, and communication. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

WOW! A Fresh Connection absolutely exceeded every expectation we had. Our guests are STILL talking about the food weeks after our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! The sausage, mushrooms, and eggplant dishes were absolute favorites - we watched guests go back for seconds and thirds! The vegetable options were fresh and delicious, and the dessert bar was a huge hit. What really impressed us was how accommodating they were with dietary needs and restrictions. They made sure every single guest had something delicious to enjoy. Beyond the incredible food, their professionalism and service throughout the evening were impeccable. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The presentation was beautiful and fit perfectly with our Halloween theme. From our initial tasting to the last bite of dessert at our reception, A Fresh Connection delivered on every level. If you want food that your guests will rave about long after your wedding day, and a team that truly cares about making your event perfect, we cannot recommend A Fresh Connection highly enough! This was our first time hosting an event with A Fresh Connection. This team exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. The food was magnificent. The staff were super attentive to the guest’s every need. They even noticed kids weren’t eating the delicacies and had pizzas delivered just for them! Every plate was served elegantly, and glasses were refilled promptly. We had many requests for their contacts. Suzie… tytytyty! Oh - and they left the grounds, kitchen spotless. No clean up required by Us!

We chose A Fresh Connection Catering for a graduation celebration dinner with bar and brunch the following day. WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! All of the food was amazing! The Swedish Meatballs were one of the most raved about food items and brunch was amazing with a delicious omelet station. David and Meg were extraordinary and ensured the bar was stocked and all drinks were made delicious for the event and Chris and Kris went above and beyond to ensure all guest were accommodated in any way possible. Rene was great to work with on planning and logistics and Susie and the rest of the team we so great with coming up with the best ideas to make the event extra special in celebrating our Marine Biology graduate! We would highly recommend this team to anyone in need of a fantastic catered experience! Thank you all so much for such a wonderful event!

Simply Wow. The incredible foods, the immaculate serving and displays are only surpassed by the quality of the staff. The explosion of flavors and aromas made the culinary adventure at our event a complete & total success. Every dish, every flavor - simply Wow. Our diverse wedding covered the gamut of Vegans to Carnivores all with diverse cultural backgrounds. Chef Lisa and the team at A Fresh Connection took the challenge and surpassed this perfectionist’s expectations entirely. Just call them - then stop by the cafe and make them feed you. You too will then have the same out of body experience from the first taste to the last.
