Time for exposing bad customer service! I emailed this company a few weeks ago asking for a quote! No response! Called their office the next day and Travis picked up. I had to be the one asking him to check his emails. He did while I was on the phone. I asked him to please respond to the email with a quote. He said okey. I even gave him my phone number. Next day came and no response. Called their office again. Gary picked up. I told him what happened. He said ok let me see. Then call got hung up. The call may have dropped however I did explain to Gary that I need a price on an upright and I am not hearing back so Gary knew that there is an outstanding email request for a price. I assumed the call dropped and him being the owner will tell Travis to respond to me. Still nothing. If you are not willing to even give a price to a customer by phone or email then put on your website "walk-ins only". Its mind blowing the level of ignorance on something that is heavily meaningful to a grieving customer! Mr. Gary, Travis doesn't bother to even give a price and can't handle email or phone sales! You could be missing sales that you don't know about. If him ghosting a customer is okey with you then you shouldn't be in a field of business that people needing your services during the hardest times of losing a loved one!
