The staff was amazing. Helped me through a tough time. I appreciate the consideration and the professionalism of all the staff. Yasidira was amazing and very passionate about her work. She navigated the West Texas cemetery for Veterans very well. Eustacio R Hernandez wishes were met. And being a Military Ceremony was very beautiful. Thank you for all that yall did for me and my family.

LakeRidge Chapel handled my dad’s service 10 years ago. Because of the care and support they offered then, it was the only choice for us when my mom died. We were not disappointed especially since none of us were local. Amber and Ashley followed up to make sure things were as we wanted them (including helping with an out of state cremation). Eddie did a fantastic job of capturing my mom’s spirit during his heartfelt memorial service. While no one looks forward to needing funeral services, it is nice to know there is such a caring place to turn when you need it.

Thank you for the concern and thoughtfulness of your staff they made this painful time was it er and so accommodating. Everything was comforting , clean, calm, and very supportive. While no one wants to go through this it is of great comfort to know your loved one was treated with dignity! Thank you all for the kindness shown to our family at a very difficult time.

While a parent never anticipates planning services for their child, your professionalism, expertise, and the ease you brought to the process provided us with immense comfort. Thank you for helping us honor our precious son Truett's life so beautifully while being a light for us in a time of deep grief. Our son, Truett, was known for his signature curly hair, and Melissa did a phenomenal job ensuring he looked exactly like himself. Seeing him look so peaceful brought our family an immense sense of comfort. The team truly went above and beyond by accommodating specific, meaningful requests—such as painting three of his fingernails hot pink to honor his baseball catching days and carefully preserving the tribute his sister wrote on his hand. These gestures meant the world to our daughter and helped us honor his memory authentically. Furthermore, the level of service was unmatched. Despite the large number of attendees for the visitation, the staff arrived early, stayed late, and ensured we never felt rushed. During the overwhelming 'numbness' of our loss, their proactive communication and gentle reminders were invaluable. We are deeply grateful for the professionalism and compassion shown to our family. Everything that was done was done professionally and with kindness. We were very happy with how Lakeridge displayed and staged Terry’s picture, the flowers, all of his Texas Tech paraphernalia. The family was treated excellently. Lakeridge did everything the family asked them to do as far as the music and the slides. The handout was wonderful. We could not have been more pleased.
