Chatt-town catering is one of the best wedding caterers in Tennessee! Denise and her team make the best Salmon I've ever had at a wedding in years. Their food is so good you'll want to have them cater all your events and even dinners at home. It's that good. Worth every penny! The guests were raving about how they loved the food!

From the initial tasting to the very end of our wedding night, Denise, David, and all of the crew with Chattown took such good care of us! Their attention to detail, collaboration with us on wedding theme, and overall service to us and our guests was beyond our expectations! And I can't leave out the food!! Everything was absolutely delicious. We were looking for a menu that gave us the taste of New Orleans that we love and Chattown delivered! I would go to Chattown for every occasion!

Denise and her team were INCREDIBLE at my rehearsal dinner and wedding! We used them for both catering and bartending for both nights, and they went above and beyond! Denise’s communication over the last year from planning to wedding weekend has been top notch across the board. They have exceeded all of my expectations! Chattown Catering is so detail orientated, timely, professional, and sincere about what they do. Denise personally greeted us at the end of the aisle after the ceremony with drinks and appetizers from our cocktail hour! She was always so quick to address any last minute questions or concerns I had about details. The bartenders mixed each individual drink and nothing was prebatched! They even went table to table to refill guests drinks! I would book Chattown Catering over and over again!

David and Denise did an incredible job catering our wedding on 10/5. They also catered a small dinner for my parents the next day! They were so helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, big and small. The food was incredible, so many of our guests took the time to tell us how much they enjoyed it. They have so many options to choose from, including gluten free options. The buffet table looked presentable the entire time and their staff was quick to clean up any mess. I would absolutely use them in the future!

My husband and I hired Denise Alcantara of Chattown Catering to serve as both wedding planner and caterer for our daughter's recent wedding on 4/22/23. Best decision we made throughout the whole process!!! I found her company through a Google search. I was immediately impressed with the Chattown Catering website - the pictures of their food and decor, as well as the types of services they offered, including planning, catering, florals, and other decoration. After reading positive reviews and talking to her by phone, we were ready to sign a contract. Denise was so helpful throughout the planning process! She is excellent with communication. She has quick response times by text, email, and phone. Denise made multiple trips to the venue to help us meet with venue staff and vendors, and to decide on details. She is a highly experienced professional, and was able to put us in touch with various vendors she has worked with before and whom she confidently recommended. She had many good ideas that we wouldn't have thought about, that added to the overall effect. As wedding planner, Denise has a very thorough questionnaire that helps you organize your ideas, and as caterer, she worked with us to plan a menu that accommodated various dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan) but yet was enjoyable for all. We had a "tasting" with her, and that only helped reinforce that we were going to have a well-organized event and amazing food! Going into the wedding, she was so helpful in coming up with a timeline for the weekend, and contacting all of the vendors multiple times to make sure everyone was on track and knew the schedule. We were able to remain calm knowing we were in such capable hands and that she had everything under control! We had a few glitches with a vendor, but Denise and her staff were flexible! They absolutely stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond and out of their way to keep everything running smoothly from set-up to take-down. Chattown Cattering's whole staff is very friendly, professional, and hardworking. My husband and I enjoyed talking with them. She and her whole crew clearly love what they do, and are so good at it! All of the guests were very complimentary of everything, including the food, which was, of course, as delicious as we had anticipated! The roast beef and meatballs she made were so well flavored, the macaroni and cheese was among the best we've ever had, and the alfredo sauce, to quote a guest, "to die for!" Denise also made other pastas, sauces, a vegetarian soup, and perfectly grilled vegetables. For dessert, we enjoyed fruit skewers with yummy dip, almond cookies, and Cajun Brownies. Everything was perfectly fresh and had the mark of a gourmet's home-style cooking. Besides the food being so good, it was also presented very well in an elegant display, and her staff looked so neat and professional in uniforms. Chattown Catering cut the cake and packed leftovers for us, cleared up, and left the whole venue in spotless condition. We did have some food left over, but not too much, and we felt that we had excellent value for our money. Our daughter said the wedding and reception were "magical", which was the reaction we were hoping she'd have! Absolutely I would very highly recommend using Denise and Chattown Catering for ANY event because of the quality and dependability of their service. DEFINITELY if you are doing a wedding, do yourself a HUGE favor and hire her as your wedding planner!!!!! It will be the best investment of your wedding budget that you can make!!!!!
