I paid for a headstone, they took my money and never completed or set at graveside. They will not return my calls or give me a refund! I would never recommend this company. They take advance of senior in their most vulnerable time. I am also going to contact the BBB and report them to the cemetery so no one else gets screwed over and ripped off. I want my $$ back.

A wonderful place. When you are very small company with Big demand this type of work quality of the work very slow process you got to have patience if take 6 mo or longer. Jessica. Is so. Wonderful 😊!!!!!

So far so good. They were very kind and assisted me with finding a headstone for my beautiful husband. I was told it takes 14 weeks. It has only been 3.

We are so happy that Eduardo agreed to help us out: add my mom's photo (etching engraving) to the existing monument. This job must be performed in the warehouse only. And the company, which made the monument, Honor Life didn't want to take a job (which was promised originally) Conti&Son did a wonderful and very affordable work within timelines being promised. Thank you!

Conti and Son did an upright memorial for my wife's ex when he passed. The name was misspelled, supposed to be Crafford not Crawford. Imagine unveiling the newly placed memorial with the family and loved ones and seeing the mistake on the stone you just paid a lot of money for. It's been 3 years and still zero resolve. I have left messages and voice-mails with little response. We are seriously disappointed with the lack of service we have received. 11.20.2022 To this date nothing has been done to correct the error on the headstone. Short of taking legal actions what are my options??
