I’ve been looking for good soul food spot in the Raleigh area for a while now. This place is definitely a 10/10. The beignets are amazing plus they have the best Mac & Cheese that I’ve ever tried. The service/atmosphere was great, I look forward to trying the rest of the menu soon

It was my first time, but it won't be my last. The food was Authentic and Amazing. The location was impressive with a 100.0 % Sanitation Score. The Service made me feel like I was back home at home. I met the owner, Ms. Crystal, and while there is so much I can say about her, HEART OF GOLD sums it up. They are celebrating their 1ST Year in business Anniversary at CAFE ORLEANS this Sunday, May3rd! This will be a Community Celebration 🎊🎉🥳🎉! So come on out Congratulate them, and Let her know My Review brought you there! I had the Jambalaya! VERY GOOD! In my Tabitha Brown voice!😁

First let me start by saying that I am surprised that considering the area how expensive this place was my fiance brought a chicken salad which was about $15 and she wanted ranch not the sauce that it came with they did not have it. I ordered the Waffle sandwich with bacon and it was about $12 just for the sandwich but we were at the soccer field and was hungry so we ate it. But the food was amazing it was delicious cooked very well and tasteful and the salad was fresh and the chicken was good. The service was fine but food took awhile. But I just wish the food came with sides chips or fries or something for the price but I recommend the food just be prepared me to pay

Cafe Orleans seems fairly new and not well put together. Suggested this place to a friend and had the worst experience. The food was good. The service is horrible. Got charged for something that they did not have and then they refused to give a refund for that particular item. Eating out is over rated to have this type of experience. Not recommended. Pros: Good food Cons: - Horrible customer service. - Additional charges for items that include sides without being informed when placing orders. - They don’t seem to care about your experience.

10/10 Amazing!!! The Shrimp and Grits sauce 🤤 So decadent and addictive. Fish fried so good I’m not sharing and will slap your hand!! Customer service A1! Ms Crystal & all the staff were so nice and patient! I’ll be back for sure! Oh and the Lemonade 🍋 was soooo good I had the Blue one it’s a must have! Thank you and I look forward to my next visit
