Val was amazing and really helped us navigate our father's passing. He was extremely attentive and worked with us on so many changes. We are greatful for his kindness and hard work. Truly blessed to have met and worked with him to make our Dads day beautiful.

The staff were professional, and showed great sensitivity and respect at a difficult time for our family. They went above and beyond in helping us deal with and resolve frustrating paperwork delays, and we greatly appreciate their efforts. Five stars!!

Everyone was wonderful. Val and his staff treated my entire family with such kindness, compassion and care. They made everything easy for us during such a difficult time. The communication was clear and consistent. And the price was incredible. We were treated as VIP, even though we were on a budget. I highly recommend Chapel of the palms to anyone who is facing a loss of a loved one.

In July of 2024 my husband past away at home unexpectedly so I knew nothing of what to do. I wasn't aware that I needed to call a funeral home to have him picked up. My dad called Chapel Of The Palms to assist with this. Val and his staff were here right away. The next day my son and I went to make the arrangements and Val assisted us in every step. My husband was to be direct cremated so we didn't pay for a viewing but Val had him brought into the chapel so we could say our good byes. Val and his staff were so very kind and so helpful. A few months later they even reached out to me to see how I was doing and to send me a link to a grief group. I am so thankful to the staff at Chapel Of The Palms.

Val was very kind and helpful to my family after my father passed away. He gave us the information we needed and never pressured us into making decisions about caskets etc. Since we weren’t having dad buried in town, he told us how to transport dad and they communicated with the cemetery directly. We felt like he cared!
