Marguerite’s Catering

We used Marguerite’s Catering for a three day conference at UNC. We cannot help but sing praises for Chef Anderson. From the moment of consultation all the way until the last tray was put out on the last day— Chef was beyond kind, professional and prepared. In the consultation and leading up to the event, Chef was extremely flexible, knowledgeable and came up with options to cater to our exact needs. We ordered continental breakfast for 75 people for 3 days, Boxed Lunches for 2 days, a reception with heavy apps and a full meal picnic for 150 people. Chef took care of everything, always had extras, was timely and great with communication. It should go without saying but the food was BOMB! The attention to detail was great to see, even down to multiple flavored creamers for our coffee station, and Chef even added vegan options last minute after we realized we did not request enough. Everything was delicious, ready to serve and we received compliments all weekend. But the best part was working with someone like Chef Anderson. As a coordinator I’m always working with vendors and this is by far one of the best vendor interactions I’ve ever had. We will certainly be using Marguerite’s Catering again!

I hosted a retreat a few days ago and decided to use Marguerite’s catering because someone recommended her. We were not at all disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious..the presentation of each dish was beautiful. Quite a few people asked for her contact information because they were so impressed with the food

We hired Marguerite's Catering for a community event and would highly recommend. The food was great (even the vegetarian option - which for large groups can sometimes be an afterthought - was delicious and creative), everything was well organized and on time, and Marguerite herself was delightful. She went out of her way to accommodate our day-of needs. A+!!

Marguerite's was a great catering option for our 30 person retreat in Durham. They catered two of the days of our retreat, were very accommodating of all of the allergy and food preferences, and had good communication and reasonable prices. The food was good and the team was friendly, we would use them again for a future events.

Marguerite’s Catering has the most delicious Caribbean food I have tasted in North Carolina. The presentation is always beautiful and takes events to the next level. The owner/chef is talented, friendly and accommodating. You can’t go wrong with Marguerite’s Catering.
