My mom went here after having a break in her shin just below the knee. She was there for physical Rehab, in the 12 weeks she was non weight bearing they hardly had her working PT and any chance they could they tried to kick her out on the street. I asked to make sure that she could stand before leaving. I was told they were working towards that. She was discharged with falsified PT notes saying she can stand and pivot, she is still bed bound. Her "standing" was for 10 seconds with two guys holding her up. Admin doesn't know what they are doing nor do they communicate with each other let alone family or the patient. The rehab section seems set up to get you just good enough to be less difficult before they switch you to long term care. Do not send family here my mother had to wait for an hour for a bed pan! Some staff cares but most are in it for the paycheck.

My mother is a patient at Silver Lake Complete Care while she is recieving rehab care after breaking her arm in a fall. It appears to be a nice place and the staff have been accommodating to her needs.

Any good review from here needs to be considered as fake. My dad nearly died after contracting the flu here. This place is dirty, smelly and loud. The staff is rude and uncaring. The language barriers don’t help either. My dad had to beg for them to call an ambulance.

A group from church went caroling to the facility and we were received by Shelly, the activity director who guided us to the designated areas. Everyone was welcoming and kind. Both the residents and staff join us singing. We had a beautiful experience. We will go back to the facility to Christmas caroling again, next year. Thank you!

Complete joke of a facility! Assisted my neighbor with coming home. Chantel the “case manager” has zero communication until it’s time to pickup. All they are concerned about is the money they receive. My neighbor went for pt/ot and never received services, layed in bed the whole time. Completely understaffed for the patient ratio. Ceiling tiles are molded or have deformed themselves from a leak above. Nurses truly do care but are not communicated about the discharge plans or the patient. I will say Ann a case manager there is great. She listened to our concerns, she assisted my neighbor with setting up extra steps they needed to do prior to discharge that Chantel simply brushed off and said the facility isn’t responsible for.
