Not even 1 star, all he does is tell lies, take your money and have you waiting for your product, DO NOT USE HIM

Do not use this company. He isn't professional and don't deliver in a timely manner. All he does is lie. He has ran an excellent company that his dad owned into the ground. Do your research look the company up on google and you will see several news stations have done several stories on his bad business practices. I posted on Facebook about my family experience and tagged his personal page, and his business page (Justin Headstone Man Hamilton) he commented and then when realized that the news station reached to myself and others he blocked us. He even posted on own his personal Facebook page trying to make himself look good, but then he deleted it. He actually placed my cousin headstone on his grave without installing it correctly. He doesn't answer calls or text messages. He is very rude. He was paid in full when the order was placed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Hamilton(Justin) headstone is a FRAUDULENT business!!! It’s been nearly a year waiting for a headstone and no results. Hamilton took an initial down payment and he said it will be ready in 8-10 weeks. After 8 months, several phone calls, several texts, and no replies, still nothing. I’m reporting this fraudster to the police and the media! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON! He will take your money, make excuses, and not deliver on his promise! You have been WARNED!

You would better trying to make your own than trusting this guy. No call no show,I’m going elsewhere.

This man is awful. He was recommended to me and I trusted him to put headstone on my brother's vault. This was 3 months ago. He doesn't return calls or texts. My husband called, he answered but got very rude. My husband told him to send the money back and we will get someone else. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS GUY!! We didn't get a response. Typically, I do not give money up front. My mistake. A costly one I might add.
