I had a really great experience with Deveney & White Monuments. This family-run business has been around since 1898, and it definitely shows in their knowledge and professionalism. Elizabeth and Brian were both incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to walk me through all the different options for stone, colors, and materials, making what could have been an overwhelming decision feel much more manageable. Elizabeth, in particular, gave me thoughtful advice on the layout and design, which I really appreciated. One thing that stood out is their ability to engrave in different fonts and even languages—I chose Chinese characters, and the result was beautiful. The engraving is crisp, clear, and deeply done, and the overall quality of the monument is excellent. Brian handled the installation, and it was done perfectly—the monument is straight, solid, and secure. On top of all that, their pricing was very reasonable. I’m extremely satisfied with the final result and very grateful for their care and craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

We had such a positive experience working with this company. The staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain all of our options and made sure every detail of the monument was exactly what we wanted. The final result was beautiful and the craftsmanship was excellent. Whether you are in need of immediate or are future planning your memorial stone, a difficult decision most do not want to think about because it usually coincides with the death of a loved one, you will be treated like family with the utmost respect when you step inside Deveney & White. Through thoughtful listening, suggestion, planning, and dealing with all of the cemetery fees and requirements, the folks at Deveney & White will guide you through until you feel confident in your choice of monument. Any associated costs are well within reason for the level of care and work that goes into your monument and you can be assured you will be kept notified throughout the entire process until completion and placement in the cemetery. No work will commence until a rendered drawing of the agreed upon design for your monument is reviewed with you and has your signature of approval to proceed. This level of care and commitment has put to ease some of the most difficult decisions my family and I have had to make not once, not twice, but three separate times beginning back in the year 2000 when my grandfather suddenly passed away and we were in immediate need of a memorial stone. Despite our shock as a family, we searched many times over to try and find a company who would design a stone with the Madonna (Our Lady of Ostrabrama) associated with my grandfather’s place of birth in what was formally Poland (now Lithuania) from a wooden painting in our house. Not only did they do this drawing from an artist they closely work with, but the design and detail transferred from the rendered drawing to the stone in real life was breathtaking. The stone was placed in time for my grandfather’s birthday and our heavy loss was made easier. Fast forward 16 years to 2016 when my grandmother’s sister passed away, and we were once again in need of a new monument, only this time we would be designing the Madonna (Our Lady of Częstochowa) again from a picture also beautifully rendered and done from the same artist so the stone is immaculate. Sadly in 2019, just three years later, my dad passed away and our third and final stone from Deveney & White would be custom designed with the Madonna (The Statue of the Immaculate Conception) from my father’s country of Chile, along with every detail that combines the family heritage of both my mother (Polish), father (Chilean), & their kids (American)! In 2023, following the death of my grandmother, we once again needed the services of Deveney & White, only this time to add my grandmother’s name to an already existing stone and it was done with care and respect where you would never know it wasn’t there during the original construction of the monument. Going forward we will only need Deveney & White to add names but this is a thought we hope will not be anytime in the near future but when it does happen, we will not hesitate to contact them. I rarely write reviews for anything, but for the reasons above, I felt I both need and want to so families in similar circumstances may approach this difficult need with more ease and clarity. Having personally dealt with Elizabeth Deveney & her mother Missy, all of our needs were met and expectations far exceeded over the years!!! May God bless the Deveney & White family, and from the bottom of my family’s heart…we want to express our sincere gratitude. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They did my brother and my uncle's headstone. It's terrible. After going to court, they were given the opportunity to fix it, but they have absolutely neglected their word. In fact, at this point the owner claims that there is no issue with the headstone. I've attached images. Judge for yourself. This is supposedly laser etched. Please do your research and seek another company to patronize. This has been a very hurtful experience,especially for my Mom and they could care less

Update: My mother's headstone was installed, and it was better than I could ever have imagined. It's been three years since her transition, and her stone was placed in time for my family and I to visit, give praise to The Most High, and celebrate her beautiful spirit. A job well done for a life well-lived. Thank you!🙏🏽❤️
