They released my mom, she came home couldn't walk good fell getting into the house and had to call 911 to come help her up (have video). She's been stuck in her room since coming back as she can't walk. The reason she went to this center was to help her do physical therapy to get her strength and after 2 weeks they released her when she still clearly needs help!

Horrible place aides and nurses just sit at the desk and goof around had to wait 3 hours to get to the bathroom. My room wasn't ready and I'm here because I can't walk and they expected me to get up and go to the bathroom I couldn't even get into the bed and they just stood there watching me o can't believe the state allows this.

The building was immaculate and the staff was were very helpful and professional. A staff member guided us to our family member's room, after finding out we were confused. The per diem nurse was helpful, professional and courteous. The patient room was clean and our family member was comfortable. It was a pleasant visit. I am glad some one I love is here

Day staff shorthanded and unable to properly care for patients. It's probably because they're underpaid. Medicine, bathing and meals are late or not delivered. Overnight crew seems more caring since not so busy. Hire more trained staff and pay them a competitive pay as an incentive to come to work and do a job they like.
