After originally coming from a company located up the street, which was NOT a good experience. We wish we came to this place first! Paterson Monument Co. really takes the time to listen to what you want and how you want to design your tombstone. Madeline thank you for all your help. You made a not easy to do task easier. Here you will be able to design a tombstone exactly the way you want it to be. I'm happy to write this recommendation for this company.

Great monument company and fair prices. They were very caring and helpful making my mother's headstone. Communication was great for the whole process and I was very happy with the headstone. I highly recommend them.

My family has done business with this company through 4 generations. They have always been fair and provided excellent work/service, even going so far as to pick up my mother and bring her to the cemetery as a favor to me, when I was out of town. These people writing disparaging remarks don't seem at all legit to me.

Poor communication on their part. Terrible customer service and extraordinarily over priced. Also the minute you walk in you can tell all they see are dollar signs, not grieving family members. I've been warning everyone to consider other company's for gravestones. Paterson Monument is a waste of money. I placed the last payment on my mothers stone well over 2 months ago and they still have not placed her stone. It's tragic how poorly this company is run.
