Nick was amazing to work with! We decided pretty last-minute to have a baby shower (guests had a couple of weeks notice) and he was very thorough and helpful in giving us menu options and nailing down final logistics quickly. Due to our event space constraints, we went with a drop-off menu which was so well-executed and delicious. Nick and his team were absolutely fantastic and made the night everything we could’ve dreamed of. They catered my birthday party at our apartment in December with about 40 people attending. Everything detail was perfect – the food and drinks were amazing, the team was very fun and so professional, and they made everything so easy and enjoyable. We hadn’t hosted a catered event like this in our home before, and Nick came to our apartment a couple months before the party to get map things out. On the day, Brando guided us through everything to think about – where food would be set up, where gifts would be placed, down to even asking where cleaning supplies were kept so if someone spilled a drink on the rug during the party, they could clean it quickly/seamlessly. From the start to the end of the event, it felt like everything was taken care of so we could enjoy the party and not worry about hosting responsibilities. The whole team also brought great energy and created a really fun, upbeat atmosphere throughout the night. We ended up extending the team 2 hours after our scheduled event end time because everyone was having such a great time. My friends and family are still talking about how great the team was and how amazing the food/cocktails were even over 2 months later now. When selecting the food menu, I wanted to keep most things gluten free (I have a gluten intolerance). Nick offered to make most any of the options gluten free, so I could pick all of my favorites (for example we had lobster rolls on gluten free brioche buns). The food was excellent – each and every item was so delicious, and the red meat dishes were particularly amazing. The courses were timed perfectly throughout the night as well (we had opted to do passed hors d’oeuvres then buffet style dinner). The cocktails were also exceptional. We got the recommended alcohol purchases from Nick to offer a mostly full bar, and we selected some signature cocktails to have ahead of time. Our bartender Alec made any martini, negroni, mixed drink, etc. and our signature drinks so incredibly well. Throughout the night, everyone kept telling me how much they enjoyed the drinks, how high quality they felt, and how much fun Alec was. I couldn’t have imagined a better company to work with – from Nick’s great communication and planning, to the excellent food and drinks, to the perfect coordination by the team throughout the night – everything was fantastic. I would highly highly recommend them!

We had a great experience working with this catering team & would absolutely recommend them. They were professional, responsive, & extremely flexible, especially impressive given the venue had very limited kitchen capabilities. Planning the event from out of town & being new to this type of setup, their guidance before & during the event made a huge difference. Their experience really showed, & they went above & beyond to make the process as smooth & stress-free as possible. The food was delicious & beautifully presented, & the drinks were excellent. The bartenders were knowledgeable, friendly, & added great energy to the event while staying professional. It was clear they could easily adapt to different event styles & audiences. Overall, a fantastic team to work with from start to finish.

We loved working with Nicholas and his team. He swooped in when our plans needed to change quickly and was professional and reassuring from the jump. All of the food was artfully presented and tasted incredible, especially the bao buns, they were a huge hit with our guests!
