My German sister died unexpectedly during a visit with us. Given she and her immediate family were/are fairly secular people this company's no frills, no-nonsense approach was a 'godsend' in a difficult time. The website is straightforward and easy to maneuver. They follow up both by phone and email very promptly whenever that was necessary. Just perfect really. The one small thing they'd be more explicit about is that once you put in a number for the death certificates that you'd like to have, you can't change that even just the next day, so make sure to add as many as you'd like, because it becomes apparently a bureaucratic nightmare to get your hands on additional certificates. The company warns you on their website that you can't change your order, but given everything else that's going on in your mind when you place your order, it's easy to make snap decisions that you might want to change, and that will be a problem, unfortunately. Overall, a good experience.

Sean and his team were amazing. I would recommend their services to my family and anyone. The service at this location was extremely efficient and full of care. This was a life-changing event for me, and they made this transition for my mother beautiful. I called on Thursday evening and spoke with Sean. He gave me comfort over the phone and set an appointment for Monday morning to discuss arrangements. He advised that if any situation arose, I should immediately call, and they would provide assistance. In fact, that happened Saturday night. My mother transitioned, and Aaron's assisted immediately and secured my mother for the weekend. On Monday morning, we made arrangements and continued the process, which was smooth and heartfelt. My mother was a vision of an angel at peace the day of the service. Thank You, Sean

After the passing of my pet, I reached out during the early morning hours and faced some delays in communication, which at the time added to my distress. However, what followed truly changed my perception. Shawn, the owner, personally took the time to understand my pain and was incredibly kind and professional in every interaction. He listened with empathy, acknowledged my concerns, and ensured that everything moving forward was handled with the utmost care and respect. His approach made all the difference during a very emotional time. Thanks to the way my complaints were addressed and the exceptional follow-up service I received, I now feel confident giving this business a 5-star rating. Despite the rocky start, the final experience was handled with sincerity, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Thank you, Shawn, and the entire team, for your dedication and kindness. One more thing: The certificate with the rainbow and the message made me cry and at the same time so happy!!!
