Desert Marigold Senior Living of Tempe is everything we expected. Superb customer service since day one. Touring with Faith set the bar for our expectations. She is very attentive, caring and knowledgeable. Faith goes above and beyond to assist with anything that is needed and to answer any questions. She is a hard worker and gets things done. We are very pleased with the care they provide our family member.

I have just moved in recently and was asked to share my experiences. From day 1 I have felt safe and comfortable with Faith who has shown me the ropes of it all and got me into my new place. She has gone above and beyond and worked with me to find the best unit for myself as I am a war veteran and being on the 2nd floor would not be best for me even though they do have elevators. When I told Faith this she immediately showed me a couple units and took her time going through each one allowing me to really see what my new home would be like. Olivia in the business office and Kathy at the front desk have also been wonderful to me with helping with work orders and housekeeping needs. Any questions I have always get answered within the same day as their communication is 10/10. Maintenance is also the biggest surprise to me as anytime i have a need they are there almost instantly. If they have an emergency they let me know they will come as soon as possible once again great communication. I am excited to see what these next few years hold for me here as I know this will be my home for awhile. Great community, great people, what more could you ask for!
