Synergy was exceptionally responsive whenever I needed a sitter for my husband. Sometimes, when I made an urgent request, they were unable to find an available sitter, but not beacuse the management didn't try. The sitters themselves were always punctual and the company provided substitutes when necessary. Although the sitters were not particularly engaged with my husband, I felt secure that they remained totally vigilant while on duty.

My wife needed an in-home caregiver daily for the last year of her life. Synergy was recommended to me. From the first time I talked with them, I felt like they were going to help. I was right. The staff was always accessible and very caring. They worked with me regularly to make sure my wife had the right care. And she knew she was being taken care of by amiable and skilled people If something came up for us or the caregivers, they were always on top of it. The aides were excellent, caring, and reliable. We had a very difficult situation with lots of medical appointments and, unfortunately hospital and rehab stays. I always knew we'd get the help we needed, and we did. I can't say enough about Synergy. They make a really difficult year tenable for us. And they enabled me to get needed rest, or to get out to do outside tasks. I obviously highly recommend them.

Shortly after my father had a debilitating stroke, we needed to come up with nearly immediate 7x24 in-home care. Synergy was there to coordinate everything with no advance notice. The caregivers were wonderful. Each, in their own unique ways took a personal interest in caring for my father. We couldn’t have done it without their support. Synergy was always responsive and emphasized the sincere desire for frequent feedback. Thank again Synergy!
