I’ve been using Synergy HomeCare now for over a year - my spouse had Alzheimer’s and the support I receive from Synergy makes all the difference! Our Home Health Aide currently comes in 4 days a week, 6 hrs a day. I will soon be adding a 5th day / and at some point 7 days as the disease progresses. Synergy makes it very turn-key to get support in your home - and as the primary caregiver, the service allows me to do the errands I must do and take some personal time for myself. It’s made it possible to stay in the home - and enjoy ourselves as best we can. I’m grateful I was referred to Synergy to help with our situation. A professional team and we happened on to a wonderful home health aide. A win win kind of situation.

I have been very satisfied with the services provided by SYNERGY HomeCare. I have used them both for part time help and live-in help. Synergy takes the guesswork and stress out of finding, hiring and managing in-home assistance. I do not have the skills to know how to do or evaluate a background check. I don’t want to have to deal with taxes for the service providers. I know that if someone wants time off, I’ll have someone there temporarily who has similar skills and compassion. All of the people from SYNERGY have been respectful with my loved one. They have been gentle in their interactions with my loved one. I trust SYNERGY. They provide high quality people to provide care for my loved one.

We recently had need of healthcare services and found SYNERGY of Arlington online. They came up in our search because of their references to assisting military veterans. Given that and their amazing reviews, we contacted them. And we are so glad we did. Their administrative personnel were extremely helpful initially with our questions about the services we were looking for, associated costs and availability. In addition, they were able to assist in the some procedural questions relating to the Veterans Affairs benefits. They were very accommodating of modifications in dates and locations, as the circumstances of our situation changed. And as for the nurse that was provided, Abigail, she was exceptional. In the first 30 seconds of meeting her, I could tell she was thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. Just a wonderful person. And after our loved one passed, she and several others from SYNERGY called to express their condolences. Whether that is normal or not, I don't know. But each of them seemed to me to be very authentic and not just doing it because of some company procedure. If you are in need of home healthcare services, I would definitely call these folks. They can help.

Synergy was exceptionally responsive whenever I needed a sitter for my husband. Sometimes, when I made an urgent request, they were unable to find an available sitter, but not beacuse the management didn't try. The sitters themselves were always punctual and the company provided substitutes when necessary. Although the sitters were not particularly engaged with my husband, I felt secure that they remained totally vigilant while on duty.

My wife needed an in-home caregiver daily for the last year of her life. Synergy was recommended to me. From the first time I talked with them, I felt like they were going to help. I was right. The staff was always accessible and very caring. They worked with me regularly to make sure my wife had the right care. And she knew she was being taken care of by amiable and skilled people If something came up for us or the caregivers, they were always on top of it. The aides were excellent, caring, and reliable. We had a very difficult situation with lots of medical appointments and, unfortunately hospital and rehab stays. I always knew we'd get the help we needed, and we did. I can't say enough about Synergy. They make a really difficult year tenable for us. And they enabled me to get needed rest, or to get out to do outside tasks. I obviously highly recommend them.
