Had an awful experience at the cemetery where they were rude and quoting way more than I could afford. Randomly walked in and the owner was so nice and helpful. Sat down and went through everything with me and the price was way less than half of what the cemetery was gonna charge. They kept in touch every step of the way and it was such a great experience! Recommend them to anyone!

My husband passed away in Jan. I went to Smith Family Monuments to discuss having a headstone made and placed in April. They helped walk me through the process of choosing the perfect stone and then adding the details and inscriptions that would honor the memory of the man I was married to for 53 years. They did a mock-up of the stone and sent it to us for our approval before beginning the process of creating the stone. The price was reasonable and they handled the whole process from the time the order was processed until the stone was erected in the cemetery. It took less than 3 weeks and it is exactly what we wanted. A great company to do business with.
