Worst service ever!!! We ordered a headstone back in September and fully paid for it, they told us it would be ready in four months.. it’s been 7 months an we have been calling leaving messages and they don’t put the effort to provide answers. It is hard as it is to be grieving the loss of a family member to be dealing with a business who has poor customer service.

Wonderful! I went in and ordered a headstone. The gentleman was very knowledgeable experienced and respectful. He told me it would take 1-2 months and I was contacted after Xmas. Most beautiful headstone. I couldn’t ask for more. Sandy also was so very helpful.

Ordered a headstone from them in June of 2025 and I had to go personally to find out when it would be done. They never called to let me know that it is still not ready! Very unprofessional company! Bad business practices!

Still waiting on my loved one's headstone. It's been 1 year and 5 months. Don't purchase here. They continue to use the excuse that the headstone is on the next shipment. Zamorano Monuments needs to do better especially if El Pasoans are supporting your small local business. I should've ordered the headstone online with in stock headstones. It would've been faster and less stressful. They deserve zero stars.

My Great Uncle’s headstone had fallen some years back and I was super unsure on how to get it fixed. Louie sent me a message due to the same last name and offered to fix it. My grandfather had this on his list of things to do before his passing. Thanks to Louie & Co, I was able to see it through. Thank you so much for helping my family and I. Support this great company.
