Insensitive and impatient customer service. Very unhelpful.
Called for questions about my infant urn needing paint touch-up (from the display rest causing scratches to the paint). Was told there was ‘no such thing as urn repair’ before even asking what I needed help with.
I asked if they do any type of paint retouching and was responded with ‘nope’.
Woman offered no further help of any sort and sat on the line saying nothing. How can a company who deals with urns and burial items be so rude and insensitive to grieving customers?

We've been with Brown Wilbert a long time. They have always done a great job and are very friendly all the time.

I have been using Brown-Wilbert for all my supply needs (Caskets, Urns and Outer Burial Containers). Heath Harper and the crew at the La Crosse plant have been spot on with every casket and vault order. If I need a casket, they will find it and have it at my door the next day... Their vault set ups are done in time, on time and are done with a professional clean appearance.

I have been in funeral service and a customer for 45 years this year, and of all of the Funeral Service vendors I have had the pleasure of dealing with, none would rank higher on my list than Brown Wilbert in consistency, highest quality, dependability and courtesy. Not only assisting my place of employments but me personally. I have always felt they treated me as a valued customer, placing my needs at the top of their list.

I have been a Brown-Wilbert customer my entire 40 year career in funeral service, going back to the days of Chandler -Wilbert. The customer service, and support, as well as the life time friendships with the Brown familiy and their employees is what makes them a quality family business.
