The SCV Hub Virtual Food Hall

The Hub severely needs to reconsider allowing/using AI in restaurant promotional material. Using AI to generate flyers is one thing, but allowing multiple restaurants to showcase their “food” with AI images is wrong. Customers should know what they’re getting, and hiding your real product behind fake images masquerading as the real thing is so unethical, I don’t know where to begin. We frequently visit restaurants at The Hub, like Coffeeholics, Breadz, etc., who haven’t used AI to promote their products. These stars are for them, truly, and they deserve 5 stars and their own storefronts. This review and the missing stars are for The Hub’s endorsement of AI images to promote products. It’s just wrong. Please reconsider this. Talk to the restaurants using it, get real photos of the food or use no photos at all. It puts the entire establishment’s reputation at stake.

Completely false advertisement and they kicked me out for calling it out. Never order from The Big Chicken. Manger is honestly disgusting calling me names instead of handling the matter like an adult. These people clearly don’t care much for customer service. 18 dollars for two McDonald’s chicken strips and soggy fries 😭

I came to this foot hub hall over the weekend to visit two places, Wanna Smash burger and Los Coffeeholics. The food places in here is like a ghost kitchen so you order from the kiosk that will have different vendors to choose from. There only one kiosk to order so if they are busy then you might have to wait a while. I got a smash burger first and then while I was waiting for them to make my food, I ordered a iced chai latte for my wife from Coffeeholics. Both places will announce your name when your order is ready. They have some seating inside but not that much and also outdoor seating as well. There plenty of parking spots in the plaza this place is at.

This is the best and original empanadas we've ever tasted. Our family loves it so much. We try to come back at least once a week. It's so fresh and well seasoned. We love BB Empanadas and the owner is so nice.

This place is legitimately living in the future! We're in 2024, I PROMISE YOU... the SCV Virtual Food Hall is feeding people in 2124 😆. It's like... 9 different restaurants in one place! LITERALLY! They have Pizza, Soul food, Asian food, Indian food, Desserts... and more! All from several different independent restaurants in one place that all offer something different & delectable! Order online or just come through and make your order on one of the giant screens! My favorite part is that you can order from several different places and they all come out on the same order! Great for families with kids who might want chicken fingers from the soul food spot, but the parents want Indian food! Love it! Mixing and matching is a BREEZE because there's a yummy option for EVERYONE! YAAAAAY! The owner & staff are SUPER nice & THE FOOD FROM EACH PLACE IS🤤🤤🤤🤤 Come through and live in the food future with meeeeeee! 😋
