Barnes Memorials

A year ago we brought our mother back to NY state to her final resting place. I contacted Barnes Memorials through email about engraving her signature and dates at the monument site. It took several months due to Syracuse's wintry weather but the engraving was completed and came out perfectly. Living out of state, email made it easy to coordinate this job. Luke sent me proofs prior to engraving and photos of the completed work. He was kind, professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

For the past 5 months we have requested on numerous occasions to have a "dash" inscribed on my father's monument. Many many times I was promised that it would be done "in two weeks". We waited and waited just to be disappointed with their promises. Can't believe you are still in business.
