Chef Austin and his team made my foodie father's birthday dinner a huge hit! He developed a menu based on my dad's favorite foods and thoughtfully created dishes that were innovative and delicious. Austin is so fun to talk to and plan with, and he made the process of creating a dinner event easy and collaborative. His plating was beautiful and the portions were generous. There were 3 generations of one family at this dinner and all of us were so happy with the food and the entire experience. Gabe and Alex who helped out were super polite and organized and left us with an immaculately clean kitchen after the meal. We couldn't have wished for a better team to make this party so special!

Chef Austin is a culinary genius. We first hired him locally for our rental stay in Montana and as well as our home in Wisconsin recently. Both times have been the best food experience all of us have ever had! We still talk about the tempura quail and waffles to this day. Chef figures out what your tastes are and cooks it in a friendly style interacting with the group. You get a show and the most beautiful dishes you will ever have. I wish we lived closer to him because I wouldn’t go anywhere else for food. Keep up the hard work Chef Austin. Thanks for providing the best culinary journey of a life time from you and your crew.
