5 stars for the service I received from the 1st contact to the last. I cannot tell you how incredibly simple the process was thanks to the professionalism and care that was shown. About 90% of the process was directly taken care of by them. Anything that could be done by them was done. Any1 that has lost a parent understands the emotional and psychological distress that comes with it. Thanks to Cremation Care Centers my mom's final arrangements were as painless as possible. Thank you to everyone that I came into contact with. Your kindness and care will never be forgotten. I have no doubt that if/when I require this type of service again you will be my 1st call. After recently losing our mother, we chose Schaudt’s to handle the burial. Jennifer and her team was very easy and compassionate to work with. Everyone I dealt with at Schaudt Funeral Services, Tulsa location, was kind, patient, and thorough. I worked most closely with Jason Mayes, who helped my family through a process we were unfamiliar with. My family was distraught, emotional, disorganized and indecisive. Coupled with the added complication that I was attempting to handle things from out of state - we were a challenging group. Jason was more than available for us, handling all questions and last minute concerns, with patience and care. The team at Schaudt’s, even members from other facilities, stepped in and helped when needed. Ms. Randi met me on a Saturday afternoon so I could hand off paperwork - accommodating my schedule and saving me from another trip from out-of-state. The final arrangements for our loved one were beautifully handled. True professionals across the board. My family is most thankful for the care and attention we received.

Having had a loved one pass away recently, we were glad we chose shaudt's funeral service. They did such a wonderful job with the body, she appeared so alive at the viewing. And they were incredibly courteous and caring and went out of their way to be helpful and understanding during this difficult time for the family. Plus the prices were very affordable. They definitely deserve the five stars and I would definitely recommend them.
