Ashley Square

I just wanted to say please please if you don't have to. Don't move in this place. #1 manager is very nasty, unprofessional, she is extremely loud and talk to these old people like they are nothing. The noise level there is awful that is why I got out of there. If you need any satisfaction you have to go above her head. Now the young lady that works in the front office Ms. T she is sweet as sugar, she loves the residents and they love her as well. She listens to you but there is nothing she can do dealing with a nut for a supervisor. Also, she has the residents best interests at heart. Ms. T if you read this thank you for all you do and have done. Continue to let God lead you and stay as sweet as you are. Im going to miss you terribly. It was bittersweet. Kelly you need more training you was so rude when you came and did the walk through you didn't even speak but, may God bless you please change your ways because if you don't you are going to be there by yourself. What can I say about Ashley Square. We have the BEST management anyone can ask for. They make a great pair. Always on top of things. Got a problem Maintenance is there. Ashley, is very clean. Resident very friendly. The place is very secured. I have been here going on a 1 1/2 years so I know what i am talking about.

I was looking information to rent, I send an email to ms. Severance, I am worry about security. I have had seen when I drive by a security female walking from one building to another late night. I was curious because happened also in Ashley's others two buildings. My worries to made my final decision is if there are only one person for two buildings. Or in the other hand there is security one person for each building. Looks to me that there is only one person for two buildings. If this is correct always one building will be with no security. Those buildings are one block apart, so is dark and dangerous for security to cross all the way to get to the building with no security. Also I have seen suspicious and prostitutes entering those buildings escorting by their own tenants. Also one of the buildings have the parking lot gate broken for long moths. Still ms. Severance has no respond my email to make my final decision.

The amount of homeless people who migrate around the apartment is concerning. The property manager is super hyper, loud and very unprofessional saying things which are meant to be jokes while handling business. At times she seems to be very unorganized. Addressed property manager (Kelly) regarding packages delivered to wrong address, a resident received packages and opened them all and when confronted about missing items they stated never received although photo from UPS showed packages delivered to their address. Went to property manager to ask what the protocol was regarding such incident she, (Kelly) stated she was not going to do nothing about it and I should call the company and say we never received packages at “ALL” which was a lie! We know where the packages were and the resident took them regardless of their name not being on the packages. They Refused to give up the missing items. Apartment is located near Fire department. Constant hearing of sirens. along with other loud noises. Depending on what area your apartment faces you can look out your window and see many “Transactions” take place. Beautiful inside, but chaotic outside and seriously overstimulated by unprofessional property management .

Since being a resident at Ashley Square Apartments for the pass 3 years I have found the office staff to be my extended family. Management takes safety and security for us residents very seriously. And I just LOVE ME SOME KELLY. HUGS AND KISSES FOR TOMESHEA.
