Cedar Creek of Fort Wayne

We visited several facilities trying to find the best home for our mom. When we walked into Cedar Creek, we knew almost immediately we had found her home. There is such a comfortable feel when you walk in and after meeting some of the staff, we just knew this was the perfect fit. If you are looking for a safe, comfortable place for your family member, I highly recommend putting Cedar Creek at the top of your list.

Great community, staff are very friendly and professional. The managers is very heavily involved within the community and the building is clean and organized. There events are very interactive and fun also as I have attended a couple now. Great place overall!

I visit Cedar Creek Of Fort Wayne often. The community is small and the staff are very friendly. Whenever I have a question it’s easy to find the Executive Director or DON because their door is always open. I highly recommend this community, they offer excellent care and compassion! Every time I am walk in Jessica always has the residents engaged in a fun activity. This community is a hidden gem!

Cedar Creek of Ft. Wayne is a great facility with the friendliest staff. They all seem to love their job and their residents wholeheartedly. From the time you pull into the parking lot, you can see that this facility is cared for and maintained on a daily basis. You are always welcomed with a smile. The residents always appear to be well taken care of and loved. I think this staff is amazing!!! Would definitely recommend!!

I had the pleasure of experiencing Cedar Creek of Ft. Wayne during one of their quarterly community and family events. Needless to say, I was highly impressed with the facility as a whole. It is a very well maintained facility with a staff that treats each other, each resident, and each visitor like family. It appears that their dining facilities and food are liked and appreciated by the residents. The activities and the activities coordinator are exceptional and loved by the residents. The ED along with her management staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The maintenance of the facility is absolutely Top Notch!! I would recommend this small homelike facility to anyone looking for a forever home for a family member. Great Job!!
