Lisa at Rex monuments has been so helpful and professional throughout the years when I have needed monuments, including this one, for my boxer, Reba. Highly recommend Rex Monuments !

During a difficult time Rex Monuments and their employee Lisa were very professional, caring, empathetic, and so much more. Lisa is very knowledgeable at her job. She helped my family and I, design and organize a beautiful headstone for my mother. Lisa made the process easy going and enjoyable despite this emotional period. I not only highly recommend Rex Monuments for their services, but also Lisa herself, for going above and beyond. Thank you again Rex Monuments and Lisa from the Concepcion family.

It was a very bad experience I have with Rex Monument, the lady who works there did not do what I asked her to do. She overcharged for the picture frame and she did not use the one I paid for. Awful job. When I asked To add my dads name to the stone she charge me 3 times more then other monumental company. I strongly do not recommend Rex Monument in Worcester 👎

I HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH A COMPANY THAT OFFERS AS MUCH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ONE THAT TAKES AS MUCH PRIDE WITH QUALITY AND TRULY CARES ABOUT PERSONAL BUDGETS! My experience with Lisa at Rex Monuments was out of a total dream. I put a Memorial Unveiling Celebration event on at Elm Park in Worcester and Lisa went above and beyond with providing a monument that was out of my budget and never even blinked an eye. She was so humble about it after when I thanked her I actually started crying. Lisa even attended the ceremony. The best company with the sweetest most professional employee I have ever met. It is next to impossible to get in touch with anyone at Rex Monument. After several tries, I finally got someone to sit down to discuss picking out a stone. After spending an hour selecting details for the stone I was assured I would hear from them the next day. After a week, I called numerous times and got no one to answer the phone so I left a message. After many more calls, someone finally answered the phone and I was told, they had not had time to work on the order yet . I told them to forget it, I would go somewhere else. I did go somewhere else and received excellent service . By writing this I hope I’m saving someone a lot of the time and aggravation !
