Excellent community! All the staff truly care about the residents and it shows. If you need a wonderful place that feels like home for your loved one you need to contact them!

My mother had the pleasure of being a resident for 4 years. During that time I got to know all of the staff and have nothing but very positive things to say. They operate a great facility and most certainly recommend them as a place for any aging loved one.

Great facility, always clean and inviting. Friendly staff who always present themselves with a smile. As a vendor, it’s refreshing to see all the happy residents, a testament to the great management and staff.

Exceptional staff, loving attention, peace of mind! My in-laws were residents at Sunrise for about three years, and I cannot express how happy we are to have chosen this facility after touring multiple options in the area. We picked Sunrise based on the location, environment and living options (so they could live together in the same space) but the loving and exceptional level of care my in-laws received at the end of their lives was more than we could have hoped for. As we close this chapter following their passing, I want to post a recommendation for Sunrise Assisted Living. The environment is incredibly warm and welcoming, making it feel like a true home rather than an institution. One of the highlights for our family was Leo, the resident dog, who brought so much joy to my children during our visits. It is clear that the staff deeply cares for the residents, providing not just daily assistance and support but genuine love and attention. Even with my in-laws' medically complex needs, the staff's attention to detail regarding medication management and personal care was outstanding. We are so grateful for the peace of mind Sunrise provided us during their final years, and I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone seeking high-quality assisted living for their loved ones.

I’ve been to many communities in DFW over the years. Sunrise of Frisco is one of best communities I’ve been involved with. It’s clean, organized, full of activities, and the staff is great—especially Robin and Michelle. If I had to find a community for a family member in Frisco, Sunrise would be at the top of the list.
