As pleased as I was with Gary and his business ethics 3 years ago, it seems that a lot has changed with them. Due to a loved one passing I was reaching out to them to see if I could receive the same exceptional customer service, but was told that they no longer offer headstone placement unless it was purchased through them, which is very disappointing. With the economy being in shambles I would have thought he would continue to provide these services to families during their time of grief. I chose to keep my original review up, because I am still very happy with the first service I received.💔💔💔 Their customer service is exceptional. Even with covid19 going on which caused them to be super busy, their timing was impeccable. The owner told me it would be 3 weeks to a month before he could have it done due to this virus. But let me tell you him and his crew were able to exceed my family's and I expectations, they were able to place her headstone within days of my order💕💕💕💕

Rated one star because i can not write a review without one. Its been 5 months since the order was placed, a month since they called and said they were ready for installation that I needed to pay the remaining amount for installation to take place. Nothing yet on the installation. Fathers day went by nothing soon my dads birthday will go by and probably nothing. Customer service is a hit or miss. They promise and promise no call or action on their part.

We had them install my mothers grave stone with a concrete border. It disintegrated within six months. They did it over and it lasted about a year. It looks so bad now that I’m going to have the cemetery redo it. After 10 years it looks like a bunch of pebbles scattered around it. I Was told they were having problems with the people who did the work for them. I can appreciate that but why didn’t they get someone who did it better? Maybe they have those issues resolved .I don’t know. I know I’m going to pay whatever it takes To redo it. My father’s grave right next to hers is 45 years older and it’s perfect.

Do not come here granite is of very poor quality! It soaks up water very easily and gets damaged and stained because of it. I spent a lot of money on this large granite piece and my mothers bronze plate. I called them immediately after it was installed because it looked very soaked and they reassured me that they were going to resolve the issue. Fast forward now the granite has a large brown water stain because they never resolved the issue. Spoke with Gary the owner recently and he promised to resolve the issue, now he doesn't pick up or return my calls. I am highly disappointed with this company for their failure to resolve this issue. If you value your money and want quality granite DO NOT come here! Just look at my picture posted it is proof of their quality.

I recommend A Monument & Casket Depot, placed my order at a very difficult time in my life, must say my experience was of surprise. The ordering process was smooth, took 3 weeks to have my order ready and 3 weeks for installation which exceeded my expectations. Marker looks great and can't beat the price. And all this during the hight of COVID. Very pleased.
