Rosenbloom Monument Company

Rosenbloom Monument did an outstanding job on my mother's Monument. From start to finish they were most efficient. The sales representative that our family worked with, Mr. Jonathan Usprich, was extremely easy to work with. He pleasantly & professionally directed us throughout the process. We asked for a lot of wording on my mother's monument and their workmanship came through beautifully. I wouldn't go anywhere else, especially if you're looking for quality and accurate Hebrew wording.

We only have positive things to say about Rosenbloom Monument! We were provided clear information about the different options we could choose, and the costs involved. We were informed about material delays (due to COVID), but were very happy to hear that the stone was in earlier than we expected, and would have no issue being completed by the date we had set for the stone dedication. Mr. Usprich was very easy to work with. He responded to questions over the weekend (unexpectedly!) and allowed us to come in and view their showroom even during COVID, so that we could pick out a headstone that we liked, as well as afford. We were very satisfied with our experience, and while we hope not to have to use them again soon, we would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This company placed by the wrong headstone on my late grandmother's resting place. When we brought the issue to the attention of sales manager Jonathan Usprich, he slammed the door in my mother's face. Not only are they 3 months late in producing my grandmother's headstone; however, the one placed on her resting spot in the cemetery was of an individual who passed months after my grandmother. Finding a stranger's headstone over my grandmother's resting place was terrible, and the experience was magnified tenfold due to the cruel response we received from Jonathan Usprich. I pray no one ever has this experience again.

DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Save yourself the heartache. To start, Rosenbloom put the wrong headstone on my late mother-in-law resting place. In response, the sales manager, Jonathan Usprich, slammed the door in my wife’s face today when she attempted to resolve the matter. Heartless, insensitive and evil are a few words I can think of to describe this company and their employee, Jonathan Usprich. They are 3 months late in producing my mother-in-law headstone; however, the one placed on her resting spot in the cemetery was of an individual who passed months after my mother-in-law. Imagine our surprise, going to the cemetery to find someone else's headstone over my mother-in-law resting place, and then receiving such a cruel response from Rosenbloom and their sales manager, Jonathan Usprich. Do business elsewhere!

Rosenbloom does excellent work with practically any kind of monument you can imagine. They also know the rules for all the various cemeteries, and can make the emotional task of picking out a monument much easier.
