Brookdale Mt. Lebanon

Hi, If you are looking at reviews, then you have started the sometimes difficult decision of where should my parents live, as you are realizing that staying in their home is not working anymore. I visited 5 locations and took them to see the 2 that i felt met all our needs. I wanted their input even though they kept saying they were fine living at home. As a loving child, I could see they were not fine at home. We chose Brookdale and I would recommend them over and over again! The entire staff from the desk help, aides, nurses, maintenance help, servers in the dining room, and administrative staff ,work together and make everything great for their residents. My parents have been at Brookdale for two years and have enjoyed many of the activities, bingo, parties, musical concerts, swimming and hanging out in the courtyard. I like visiting them and i think that says a lot! Nice senior community. very happy with our choice.

I came to Brookdale in January, 2023 and have no complaints. I lost my wife in 2021, we had no children, and I have a younger brother. I turned 90 this past April. The residents and staff are my friends and relatives. I have been favorably impressed by the congeneality of both the residents and staff members right from the start. I believe the friendliness and respect for each other starts at the top with our Executive Director. Marcia McAlpine, and the staff follows her leadership. With the residents overwhelming satisfaction we have a happy home.

As a fellow senior living professional, I am happy to give Brookdale a 5 star review. I have always received immense positive feedback from their current residents and families, and their team is always wonderful to work with. For anyone seeking rental-style independent living, call Kim Smith!

My grandmother has had a wonderful experience at Brookdale Mt Lebanon over the past year +! She enjoys the planned & spontaneous activities and how well-kept the entire building is. She always tells me how attentive each of the managers and staff are, and how they each genuinely care and respond to the residents really well. I've notived this during all my visits, too! Amd the Dining team is incredible! Thank you all!

Brookdale Senior Living is a wonderful place. The location is wonderful with nature. The staff is empathetic and helpful. My uncle lived here recently and we were happy with this choice. Thank you so much Brookdale!
