The end result is lovely, however, we were told upon payment in October it would be approx 60 days. We waited instead for 6 months with no communication from the company. We value communication, thus the 2 stars.

I haven't been back to ky. Nobody has sent me a picture. I live in New Jersey. The lady that helped me was so very nice and courteous. Very helpful also. I do have a lot of family there. If they need guidance on who to use. I will suggest this business.

We coordinated everything long distance, and Todd was very patient and accommodating with our long overdue request as we did not order the stone until recently. The price of the marker was very reasonable, and they did a beautiful job with the stone. Thank you!

Jerrica at Lexington Granite Company was an amazing person to work with. We went in not knowing where to even begin and she walked us through all the options and changes (on our end) like a champ. We never felt rush or pressure to select a design. She kept us updated the whole process. It was never easy to lose a love one, so thank you for walking us through our vision of a tombstone that allowed us to honor our dad. We are forever grateful.
