I started seeing this Shirelle Jenkins recently and she’s been incredibly helpful. She’s patient, understanding, and makes it easy to open up without feeling judged. Even in a short time, I’ve noticed a difference in how I handle things. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her.

Our sessions are always eye opening. We have learned what is working and what isn't working. One week at a time but our therapist is amazing.

Our counselor is Anna, we are seeing her for marriage counseling and it is going very well. We’ve been working with her for about 3 months. What stands out to me is that she is incredibly empathetic and validating while still is able to provide actionable solutions and hold us accountable for following through - in my experience counselors have leaned heavily either one way or the other, so I really appreciate that she gives space for both. She does a great job balancing the counseling between each partner (for couples counseling); she is empowering to help us articulate our needs and find realistic compromises and solutions. And she really helps us understand why things are happening and gives us hope for solutions and things that will work. I’ve already personally recommended her to one friend who was looking for a counselor and recommend others trust her as well.

The provider Laura B, I have seen twice now, is so nice. I struggle with feeling comfortable around strangers and she is pleasant to speak with and doesn’t make you seem like some freak for overly “feeling” ur emotions. I seek therapy for anxiety, depression, self esteem and grief. Price wise, they accept major insurance plans. It seems they bill at around the $400 ball park, so it could be pricey and it could not be depending on how good your insurance is! I do plan to stick around with this therapist to see how it helps. I would recommend this service platform and provider to a friend.

My therapist Rachel, is the best. She has helped me so much with my grief, loss, anxiety, depression. I would highly recommend her. She is very professional, friendly, caring. She also keeps it real.
