Beautiful everything. Best Christian shop around.

St. Anthony's Monastery is open to the public and is a peaceful place to reflect, pray, or walk around. There is an outdoor chapel, as well as an indoor chapel. One may also walk along a wooded trail along the river.

A very enjoyable walk on the paved path. I did explore a few of the paths through the woods. You can find places to sit and relax, even in front of the bee 🐝 colony.
The paved path is half a loop and takes you past statues that I found interesting to look at. After reading the book 📖, "Monuments Men", I have become more interested in sculptures and statues. The points of the cross monument were fascinating to view and study. There is an outdoor area for conducting mass. There is so much to see 🙈. They even have a gift shop.
There is a short dirt path that leads to the marina.
The place felt peaceful.
The area where they conduct indoor mass is interesting. The area in front of the doors has a place where you can light 🕯️ a candle for a dollar.
Public restrooms are available.
I will recommend a visit even if you are not religious.

We’re not Catholic, but were in the area and decided to stop and check it out. It once used to be a private estate and has been an active fanciscan monastery since 1947. It’s free to wander around the walking paths throughout the grounds with different shrines. Inside the chapel area, there are safe electric candles to light. They humbly ask for a $1 donation to push a button to light one up. The gift shop was closed when we got there, so didn’t get to see what was offered there. The restrooms are off the the right when facing the front of the building. They humbly ask for a donation for the upkeep of the facilities. It was interesting.

Beautiful place with church and monastery. Also there is amazing park with statures.Everything is very well kept and looks amazing! People who live and work hete are very friendly. We didnt have a chance to try food because due to the COVID monks didnt come from Lithuania. But it was very pleasant to be here.
