I love Ronald McDonald's house. The staff is so friendly and try to accommodate your needs. They have people come in who cooks, sometimes breakfast, dinner or lunch. They always make enough for the next day.

The Ronald McDonald house is run on donations. That includes this one in Charleston, WV. The local community and staff on-site (as well as volunteers and local organizations) make this a home for those who are going through the toughest time of their lives. Without the help and support of this incredible home and its staff right next door to the W&C Hospital, families would struggle with the added stresses of transportation and hotel expenses to see their loved ones so long as they’re a hospital patient. I know, because my son was born two-months premature. We called this place home for 45 days. My wife and I still wonder what we would’ve done had it not been for this charity and the support from other parents going through the same thing. To any parent with a newborn in the NICU, stay positive. Your kid is stronger and more resilient than you know. They will grow and before you know it they’ll be talking, running and excited for preschool.

Such a Blessing in a hard situation! Been 11 Days at CMAC with my newborn Baby grandson that was born Addicted! The Ronald McDonald house stepped up to ease our pain and gave us a place to stay while we go through the difficult time! The left gifts for our grandson and the staff are absolutely wonderful! I think they’re secretly Angels

This place is a godsend. The staff and volunteers are fantastic. This place feels welcoming, & warm . It's a great place to be while going through the hardest time of your life with your child. We have no clue what we'd do without the RM house, during my grandson's NICU stay.
