I was able to quickly get sessions with Denisa when I hit a very low point with the grief of losing my Dad. Our sessions helped me get a better perspective of everything going on and see things very differently as well as having mechanisms to cope with my grief. I’m in a much better place thanks to the wonderful and professional approach from Denisa

I visited Denisa when my husband died unexpectedly, and she really helped me to come to terms with it. She is very experienced and kind, her quiet, calm approach is very therapeutic, and I found myself able to express my emotions in a comfortable and safe environment. I have really benefitted from her sessions and I can thoroughly recommend her.

I cannot recommend Denisa enough as she has been a great help and support to me through our sessions. If you are struggling with grief, I would urge you to consider speaking to her. Denisa made me feel welcome, at ease and listened to from our first meeting and for that I am endlessly grateful. I can be a little rambely, go off on tangents and use slightly random analogies but she never made me feel that any of it was irrelevant, wrong or an irritation to her. All of which stopped me trying to hide anything or waste energy trying to be who I thought I should be thus allowing myself to fully embrace the process.

What can I say. Denisa has been by far the best counsellor I have had. I am so grateful to of received some incredible help, advised guidelines from her. I always felt like I was being listened to and also that she understood where I was coming from and my feelings were valid and my needs were important. Anyone who gets Denisa is in great hands! Denisa is such a warm, empathetic and knowledgeable counsellor. I came to counselling with Denisa after multiple close family deaths which have left me unable to sleep and live life. From the moment I met her I felt comfortable and could open up and she always helped and lead me to consider things that I hadn’t thought of before. She is patient and I have thoroughly enjoyed our sessions. Denisa helped me to untangle the traumatic memories and to start to live taking each day as it comes. I would highly recommend Denisa for anyone at all, especially those who have experienced complicated loss like myself.
