the only reason why they get one star is because I could not give them zero Stars. this is a very scary thing to call on a church and for the church members to lie. I want to make sure everyone is able to read this and not to get your hopes up high because if you are in need you need to call on Jesus not the Catholic charity. they came into my home they saw I had nothing, prayed with me and I had to beg them to fulfill their commitment in which they didn't. they did however give me a comforter so that I won't be sleeping on the floor directly. may God have mercy on their souls because they surely will have to answer to him for what they did

We are asylee family, We went to that organization seeking help. There was a Latina woman at the front desk, and as soon as she saw us, she got angry. We were there for assistance, but they did not provide us with any help. She didn’t listen to anything we said and told us to go to the building across the street. When we went there, we found the building locked. A security guard there gave us a phone number, but when we called, they didn’t help us or even listen to our problems.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Betty Uribe was sent from heaven and was our guardian angel. She helped from beginning to end with our immigration issues. Highly recommend Catholic Charities for all your immigration issues!

They helped us with the immigration process of a family member a few years back. The process went smoothly in the end, but the person who guided us through it and made sure we had all the documentation, didn’t follow up on phone calls and emails a couple of times, so we had to visit them just to get answers to simple questions. Other than that, we want to express our gratitude for their incredible help and assistance.
