What sets this apart from other pantries is the kindness and warmth you feel from the volunteers! Also I enjoy the system they have for making our food boxes as well as seeing children volunteer to help our community! It just shows that people still have hearts and there are still kind people in the world! I would choose Revive Alaska over any other pantry first!

Very welcoming staff upon arrival. Helpful with the application process and a nice area with plenty of seating during our wait. We needed a little extra help this month and revive Alaska was very generous in meeting some of our temporary needs.

I’m so great full for Revive!! I am in need of extra help every now and then A friend told me about this place where I feel welcomed. It is too bad the news crew is always outside making me feel uncomfortable 😞 respect my space the camera lady went right up to the back of my car and filmed me loading my food.. On a recent trip to Alaska we incurred a need that Revive Alaska was able to take care of for my 3 traveling companions and myself. It was done efficiently and promptly. In particular, staff member Carmen went out of her way to accomadate us by coming in on a Saturday morning, her day off. We were truly appreciative of her effort and want everyone to know it.

I have been to the open house and the people that run Revive Alaska Community Services are fantastic friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They are exactly how you would want to be treated, there is no judgment and are glad and willing to offer their help and assistance.
