I honestly couldn’t be happier with the flowers I got from here. The arrangement was beautiful, fresh, and put together really well. Bayleigh was especially helpful and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. She was friendly, patient, and helped me find something perfect within my budget. Everything was ready on time and looked even better than I expected. The person I bought them for absolutely loved them. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I recently purchased a corsage and boutonnière from [Floral Shop Name] for a father-daughter dance, and while the order process was smooth and the staff was helpful, the quality of the products left a lot to be desired. We picked up the flowers about 45 minutes before the dance, and they were placed straight into the fridge until we left at 4:30 PM. Unfortunately, not even an hour after leaving, the flowers on the corsage turned brown and began wilting. (Photo attached including one with Exif Data as proof of the timeline). This was incredibly disappointing for such an important event. Additionally, the pins that came with the boutonnière were poorly designed. It took my wife over 10 minutes to attach it to my suit, and it fell off just 30 minutes later. The pins were straight and had nothing to secure them properly—this should have been explained during pickup. To make matters worse, my boutonnière was made of the same mini roses used in my daughter’s corsage. We discussed that the mini roses were necessary for her small wrist, but I expected a regular-sized rose for mine. Considering we spent over $80 on these items, the quality was unacceptable. There is no way these products are worth that price. I’m really disappointed with my experience and cannot believe I paid so much for such poor quality.

My husband ordered their standard “Love is in the air “ package which cost approximately $200. As pictured on the website the package came with a bear , gift box, roses, and balloon . Per their substitution policy part of their products could be substituted for a different product of equal or higher value. What I received was a small bear , a brown paper bag, and flowers in a mason jar (I also didn’t receive the plant food). The substitution policy states that style and theme would be kept this was not the case. When I called to see if this situation could be rectified they only offered store credit ,which I didn’t feel comfortable with because of their misleading practices. I would not advise anyone spend their money with a business that doesn’t intend on providing services that have been paid for. Below I will provide what was ordered vs what was received . Edit: Mason jars are not a courtesy for a bouquet that costs $200. No we don’t want store credit from places that use misleading tactics. Mam what you did is a scam by definition, if you were to advertise the package as you sold it people would not order it. This was fraudulent and deceptive, and wouldn’t have been purchased if you actually advertised what you’re selling.
