Worst service ever the funeral director Andrea was very rude not sympathetic look like they just threw my grandmas clothes on her and threw her inside the casket my father paid for a floral letter arrangement that he did not receive and then we asked her to leave the casket open a few more or at least while the service was taking place because my uncle was running late due to traffic and she said no and proceed to close the casket just very rude !!! And not sincer one bit about it

For the most part, our experience was favorable. However, we had an inexperienced young woman who had a lot of trouble with inputting our desires for very basic services. What should of taken an hour, took double that time. Finally the office manager had to step in and help. She was unable to vary her presentation at all even after listening to our simple instructions. Unfortunately, the "add on services" became her focal point during this emotional time for myself and family.

The staff were compassionate and made us feel comfortable. They listened to us and very caring. Thank you Ariana and Phyllis for all you did for us. Our family appreciated you.

I had a truly excellent experience with the staff at Resthaven. Cynthia Pryor was incredibly knowledgeable and provided detailed information about the burial services available. What impressed me most was her ability to handle such a sensitive topic with compassion and utmost professionalism. She took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process. Her support made what could have been a difficult conversation much easier to navigate. Respectfully Submitted, Dr. Karen Lynn Moore-Tyler

My grandma was buried here on January 18 2023, and fast forward 11 months she STILL doesn't have the 2023 scroll and the broken vase has never been fixed. In October they admitted they lost the work order and promised to expedite it. To this day we still don't have a scroll or a vase, and you're not allowed to leave your own vase or they'll remove it. And what were we told? It's "first come first serve" ... and I guess if they want to string you along, they just have to "lose" the work order. Don't get me started on the conditions of the grounds, it looks terrible! This company is reprehensible, how dare you tell people they can't honor their family because YOU dropped the ball. How dare you treat grieving family this way! You should absolutely be ashamed of yourselves! Also, I don't want your platitudes so don't bother responding to this message unless it's to let me know that the grave is fixed. I don't believe for one second that anyone there really cares about the sanctity of putting the deceased to rest.
