Bay Shore Community Church - Rehoboth Campus

If you're looking for a non-denominational church in either Rehoboth Beach or Lewes Delaware, I just can't say enough good things about Bayshore Community Church. I've been going there for about four years now, and it's my "family." Youthful, great worship music, and a wonderful pastor named Joel. He takes everyday life circumstances, especially humorous ones, and gets everyone enjoying themselves and laughing. Then he uses that introduction to teach the word from the Bible. I also like that the church provides so much to the community, including an amazing food pantry at the Millsboro campus that's like a small grocery store. Excellent children care available while parents are in the service. Lots of study groups (they even have a golf group and a bicycle group) and you can also watch online for when you can't make it in person. The services are at 9:00 and at 10:30 at Lighthouse Plaza where the giant grocery store is. And they are building a new larger church on Old Landing road... Come check it out. PS... Although the music is a bit loud for this ole timer, I have thoroughly enjoyed the opening worship music. As a musician myself, I appreciate the striving for excellence for our King and have felt more than once that corporately we have entered the presence of God. Thank you praise team for your service. In my short time attending I have heard Nate speak but mostly Pastor Joel. "Real" is the word that comes to me. I appreciate their candor and their humility in confessing their own sins. That draws me in.

Bay Shore has been our home church for nearly a decade. We’ve made wonderful friends across all three campuses, and we always feel welcomed and loved. It’s warm, relaxed, and the kind of place you actually look forward to coming back to each week—and if you can’t make it in person, the online service is the next best thing. My husband and I were enjoying an early lunch one Sunday afternoon and the music down in the basement caught our attention. Who would ever think that we would find such a wonderful church in a deli of all places?!! Nothing is by accident. It’s definitely true what they say about God working in strange ways. I am so grateful for the way in which He led us to this amazing church. Everyone is so welcoming , the music is spectacular and Pastor Joel is awesome. My husband and I have a beach house in Rehoboth and we look forward to the weekends when we are able to attend and worship at this church. We were both raised Catholic and had literally stopped attending church because we were bored. Well, needless to say, we are far from bored at Bayshore! We absolutely love this church.

I went to the 11am service with friend who was scared going alone for the 1st time. We both were warmly welcomed before we even made it inside the church and greeted by everyone we passed. The service began with the church’s in house band that literally gave me goosebumps and had me tearing up it was that beautiful. Then , Joel , the pastor was just as welcoming and gave a sermon that will have me examining myself until next week. I ABSOLUTELY Love how inclusive y’all’s fellowship is and want that spiritual connection on a regular. Thank you Bayshore of Rehoboth 🥰🙏🏼🕺
