The experience that even at this horrible time was amazing, but it was only one night. Dignity was key there and they provided that. The problem I had was no last rites were given. Apparently the priest they used was away. They had no back up priest. That is my only complaint. They said they would fix that so hopefully they did. They do have their own pastor from the company, I don't know why he wasn't called. This bothers me deeply. But like I said they told me they fixed that. 5 stars for care though

It took me some time to find the words after my dear mother passed. My siblings and I are deeply grateful to the entire staff—doctors, nurses, and everyone involved—for the exceptional care we received. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as if we were at home. The nurses made us feel like family, offering not only medical care but also comfort and compassion. A very special thank you to Maria from case management. She is an incredible person who helped us navigate and process such a difficult moment with kindness, patience, and understanding. Her support meant more than words can express during one of the hardest times of our lives. We will always be thankful.

This took me 2 months but I am finally able to leave a review. This is the worse hospice ever. If you have a loved one that unfortunately will bu put in hospice please dont use this hospice. My mother was referred to go hospice 12/5 and we spoke with the coordinator/case manager who supposedly had everything all set. The day my mom goes home. There bed doesn’t arrive until 8 pm, there’s no comode, no pain medication, nothing!!! We call hospice and a RN comes next day checks her vitals and leave, she couldn’t recognize that my mother was actively dying. She suffers all nught with pain anxiety and the death rattle. We call hospice the overnight RN tells us he doesn’t have time to go check on her. She dies fhe next day!!! We dealt with everything on our own! We paid out of pocket for the medication. The comode, and medication gets delivered the morning after she dies. This is the worse, and I mean it the worse hospice you could ever deal with. Please do your research. I am still traumatized and so is my family.

Nurse Becky and Social Worker Mary were wonderful to our family during an incredibly difficult time. We are so thankful for the two of them.

This is a five star facility based on my experience with one of my relatives. The doctor, nurses, social workers, director and staff were great. They were very understanding, kind, helpful, resourceful and respectful to the patient and to us as relatives. A BIG thank you to them for all of their hard work.
