I was disappointed with my experience. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to send multiple emails just to get answers. When I did receive a response, it was frequently delayed or didn’t fully address my questions, leaving me with more uncertainty. Given the fees charged, I expected more guidance and legal advice that would help me feel confident about my case. Instead, I never felt comfortable with the representation or the recommendations I was receiving. Because of that lack of confidence, we ultimately chose not to pursue litigation and ended up using the attorney primarily as a middleman to communicate with the trustee. I also had to hire another attorney just to clarify important legal questions that I felt should have been addressed from the beginning. For anyone looking for an estate attorney, I recommend choosing someone who communicates clearly, responds promptly, and provides thorough advice that gives you confidence in the decisions you’re making.

My experience with this firm was profoundly distressing and traumatic! My funds were disbursed without the provision of adequate counsel or assistance in understanding the process. When I articulated my concerns regarding the lack of support, the attorney responded with aggression. This firm's conduct left me feeling isolated, unprotected, victimized, and entirely vulnerable. I strongly advise against entrusting your legal matters to this firm. They are prepared to accept your financial resources but do not anticipate receiving protection, counsel, or compassionate treatment; they demonstrate NO concern for your circumstances. I would rate them -0 if this was an option. In addition, based on the firm’s public responses to other dissatisfied clients, it appears they dedicate significantly more effort and resources to defending their own image than they do to defending the interests of those they represent.

UPDATE: After speaking to the office they were apologetic regarding the lack of communication and information. I explained my position and they were understanding and stated that they would look into the issues regarding the delay of information. Very pleased with their response. I went with this law firm to help with a deed transfer upon death and so far I have to say the communication has been terrible. They stated they were going to send an email confirming the details of what was going to happen before the call, which they did not do. I even called to see if the email address was wrong but it was not. Then they stated that they would send the email of the paperwork so I can hire a notary to have it completed but still nothing yet. They were quick to take my $450, but will not respond when there is a question. Sooo disappointed with the whole thing. My family is already going through alot and to add this to the pile is just the cherry on the Sunday. All we were asking for is communication but unfortunately thats not how they operate. If you are looking for someone to help with estate issues I recommend looking else where.
