We ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day and they turned out absolutely beautiful. I asked for a last-minute change, and they didn’t hesitate — no complaints, no extra charge, they just took care of it right on the spot. The customer service was outstanding and the arrangement looked amazing. Thank you all so much for making it such a great experience.

My future wife inquired about bouquets for a wedding 8 months out in July where she spent 20 minutes on the phone providing details about the wedding and bridal party - then was asked to provide inspiration pictures for the bouquets in an email - then after all that was told they didn't have availability that date. They also said they weren't even taking consultations for 2026 until January, yet they are somehow already booked up? I was so disheartened seeing the look on my wife's face. I want this to be a joyful process for her. I would recommend Victoria's Garden setting up a shared calendar and guidelines amongst staff to prevent wasting clients' time!

My father and I came for an arrangement for my mother in the hospital. Justine was VERY helpful in customizing an arrangement for her. While there my father had an allergic reaction due to Victoria’s Garden’s resident cat. Kaia went above and beyond to ensure he was ok, which was GREATLY appreciated. The customer service here can’t be beat and the store is adorable! If you have allergies to cats, I recommend ordering online or by phone if not CHECK OUT THEIR STORE.

This shop is absolutely magical. They offer beauty in the form of plants, flowers and seasonal gifts. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. Check out their fish pond and when you visit this wonderful shop.

Ashley and team helped me pull off the perfect maid of honor proposal! What started as an instagram message turned into same day delivery where they printed my newspaper design and planned the delivery for when they’d be home all within the same day!! Awesome and easy service all around!
