Roadside Blooms

I could never put into words just how perfect roadside blooms was for our wedding. Toni is so wonderful and so is everyone who works with her. She helped us through every step of creating the perfect floral design designs for our wedding, she is deeply knowledgeable, incredibly skilled and devoted to making the most magical floral creations you could only dream of. I was shocked by the beauty of our chuppah and my bouquet on our wedding day and will never get over what roadside blooms created for us. I would recommend them a million times over to anyone getting married in the Charleston area.

When I started planning my wedding, there were two vendors I was determined to get: Alex Thornton Photography and Roadside Blooms. I knew I was making the correct choice in a florist, but I couldn't have begun to imagine just how much they would blow me away. I have been a customer of Roadside Blooms since they opened up shop on Spruill Ave. years ago. Their ability to put together creative and organic arrangement has brought me back to them time and time again. Toni and her team have perfected the "organized chaos" that makes their arrangements look as though they are growing right out of the ground. At my initial consultation, we went over my vision and, boy, did Toni deliver! She managed to get every floral variant I wanted and crafted a fairytale world straight from my dreams. My guests are still bringing up the floral arrangements from my wedding constantly 9 months later! In addition to creating a dream world in and around our reception space, Roadside Blooms crafted the most stunning bouquets for my girls and me. I felt like I was carrying a lush landscape down the aisle to marry my best friend and that the whole world was literally at my fingertips. As a parting gift, we opted to have a bouquet bar at the reception. This gave our guests the opportunity to build and take home an arrangement of their own. It was a massive hit and Toni even came out to run the table herself! I cannot recommend Toni and the Roadside Blooms team enough. If you are looking for florals that leave an impact with all who come across them, look no further! Whether a wedding, bridesmaids proposal, baby shower, sickness, or just because, Roadside Blooms delivers the most beautiful arrangements in the Lowcountry. It was such a blessing to have had my only choice for a florist work out so perfectly, and I highly recommend making Roadside Blooms your first choice as well.

Love this little shop, and have been going since before their move into their bigger space. I love the great selection of plants, and crystals, and little odds and ends. I feel like the shop was cuter when it was in a smaller space, and the items felt less commercially made and more unique, curated, and handmade. I also noticed the price of crystals increased bit with their move. They still have a lovely selection, but I miss the quaint feel of their first store. Regardless, I still bring friends and family who are visiting Charleston and they rarely leave without making a purchase.

Absolutely phenomenal service and delivery on promises. I called two days before my proposal and Toni went above and beyond to help make the day special by making my vision come to life while staying within the budget we spoke of. Highly highly recommend this florist. Their creativity, willingness to help, and energy they brought to such a significant event (and in such a short amount of time) really elevated the whole experience for everyone.

It was so quick and easy to order. I had a small wedding so I opted for the elopement package. I absolutely LOVED my cake flowers and bouquet. If I had to do it all over again I would 1000% use roadside blooms. Even though I didn’t do the wedding package they were kindly enough to ask for my input on what I’d like to see incorporated when it came to my bouquet. I can’t thank you guys enough
